Can I try for free?

Yes. Chat triage is always free, and after signup you receive three demo dossiers to evaluate the format. No card required to start.

What do Pro Monthly and Pro Annual include?

Both include unlimited court-grade dossiers, audio and video forensics, PAdES-LTV, WORM anchoring, voice agent 60 minutes per day, persistent history and priority routing. Annual (CHF 290) costs the same as ten months of monthly (CHF 29): two months free.

Can I get a single dossier without a subscription?

Court-grade dossiers are included in the Pro subscription. Start with one month of Pro: if you only need it for a single case, cancel right after generation and you keep the PDF and the full chain of custody.

When do I need the CHF 490 Expert Review?

When you need a party-appointed expert opinion: the dossier is reviewed by the Forensic Lead, manually signed, accompanied by a 1-on-1 consultation, and formatted as a court-grade PDF for legal filings.

Can I cancel Pro at any time?

Yes. Self-service cancellation from the dashboard at any time. If you cancel during a paid period, we refund the unused portion pro-rata.

What does Enterprise include?

API access for SIEM or portal auto-intake, SCIM / SSO SAML, dedicated DPA, 24/7 SLA with direct escalation, CHF invoicing, team onboarding and optional white-label. Typically law enforcement, banks, insurers and SOC teams.

What payments do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and TWINT. Payments processed by Stripe in LIVE mode: we never see your card number. CHF invoicing, automatic PDF invoice via email.
